Things we want to do in Norway
Voss rafting
Norway offers a wide range of activities for all. Norway is known worldwide for the great nature and this summer we will visit some of the many places. Some visits focus on the sites and some focus on activities.
Voringsfossen waterfall
Voringsfossen is located next to the Highway 7 / Riksvei 7 between Oslo and Bergen. The Voringsfossen waterfall drop is 182 meter / 600 feets high. We plan to hike from Riksvei 7 and in to the foot of Voringsfossen. This would be an interesting angle 
We are now checking out if this is possible. We are waiting for a reply from the Eidfjord Tourist information office. If it is possible, we plan it as a day trip from Bergen.
Sea kayaking in Sognefjorden
Base for this trip is Voss, located 1,5 hour by car from Bergen. We have seen some very nice photos from earlier trips and really looking forward to this trip. This is a daytrip, from 9am to 6pm, costs NOK 975 including all equipment. A company called Nordic Ventures is organizing this trip. We contact them soon as we plan this trip in July this summer.

Since we did not get an email reply from the tourist information office in Eidfjord regarding the Voringsfossen, we called them. “We did not answer you because bla bla bla…” If you also need to call them; their phone number is +47 53 67 34 00.
Anyway, it is possible to walk in to the foot of the Voringsfossen. The other things we got information about:
- parking for cars along the main road,
- it is approx. 1 hour walk one way
- humidity gets higher as closer you get to the fall, but you do not need rain clothing
